Consultation & planning

Once I've reviewed your submission, we'll connect via email to talk through design direction, session length, and scheduling. For more complex pieces, an in-person consultation may be arranged.

Draft approval

Every tattoo is designed specifically for your body and placement — nothing is copy-pasted or reused. You'll receive a rough design outline 1–3 days before your appointment, after your deposit is placed.

Tattoo day

The stencil is placed and adjusted until it flows naturally with your anatomy before any tattooing begins.

How it's priced

Based on size, placement, and complexity. A personalised quote is provided after reviewing your submission.

Session length

Larger or more detailed pieces may require multiple full-day sessions — each session is approximately 6 hours.

Vickie was absolutely amazing. Her attention to detail is so impressive. She took her time. I was a first timer and a bit nervous, but it didn't take long for me to trust her 1000 percent. Plus, she has a really chill and calm demeanor, which is important when you're spending that long with someone you don't really know! Health & Safety

For health and safety reasons, I'm unable to tattoo clients with certain medical conditions or circumstances. This includes:

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Being under 18
  • Recent Accutane use
  • Active skin conditions in the tattoo area
  • Certain medical conditions that may require clearance

If you're unsure whether any of this applies to you, please feel free to reach out before booking.

Deposit & Design Changes

A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure an appointment, which goes towards the final cost of your tattoo.

  • The deposit secures design time for your original submission
  • If the concept changes significantly after a deposit is placed, a new deposit may be required and the original may be forfeited
  • If you decide not to proceed with the approved design on the day of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited

If you're unsure about your concept, please reach out before booking so we can make sure we're aligned.

Lateness, Reschedules & Cancellations

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior communication may result in the appointment being rescheduled and a new deposit being required
  • Reschedule requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment — failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit
  • If an appointment is rescheduled more than once, an additional $100 nonrefundable deposit will be required
